  Beware of sneaky tactics! They won't let you cancel your subscription, and hold you to ransome for more money for the products you have already paid for, or they will just keep helping themselves to your credit card. I contacted them explaining I didn't like the products and didn't want any more but she said I have to purchase another $100 worth or pay more for the products I already have. She has my credit card details on file and is just going to help herself. There was absolutely no mention of these terms prior to purchasing, they are only made clear after she has your money and has you trapped. A very dishonest and deceitful business.

  BEWARE OF ABUSIVE OWNER! If your unhappy with their service and leave a bad review, you get abusive and completely untrue replies and comments from the owner, calling you a liar. I see I'm not the only one she's done this to either. This business DOES TRICK YOU into agreeing to their subscription terms as you don't get told the terms until AFTER the order is placed. And you can't change it online as it's locked to force you to take more orders then you want. Then you leave a bad review because that is honestly what's happened and she attacks you like your the one in the wrong. This business has terrible customer service. I recommend staying away.

  Hello everyone, I'm Bec and I'd like to tell you about my recent experience purchasing a product subscription from Shelley and Co. Specifically, I chose the kerastase nutritive range and went for the 12-week program. I have to say, I'm really happy with this purchase! The product has worked wonders on my hair, leaving it feeling much healthier and better conditioned overall. I'd like to express my gratitude to Shelley and Co for providing such a great product, and even more so when it's discounted. Thank you!

  I have been coming here for many years and the staff are always lovely and easy to communicate with. Shelley is a fantastic technician, a great cutter and stylist who likes to help her clients experiment with different looks, styles and colour. The salon is light, bright and airy and they have the most comfortable reclining chairs for washing. If you are looking for someone who takes the time to find out what you want, and knows how to deliver, then I highly recommend Shelley and Co.

  I had my trial wedding style appointment here. I asked for simple waves and was constantly told how “heavy” and “long” my hair is that it’s too hard to curl. They even provided me with shampoo samples. My hair turned out really flat and it looked like I just woke up from a nap. I curl my own hair and it never fails. I ended up going to another hairdresser and they easily curled my hair in 40min and I loved it. Shelley did however only charge $50 for the appointment due to my disappointment. They also did offer another trial appointment to rectify the issue. I believe the hairdresser would benefit from extra training regarding hair types for styling instead of making the customer feel really bad about their hair.
  
  (Edit in response- hair had zero product when came in. Please do not lie by saying it has silicone- unless that is implying that it’s thick haha. Also if you can’t deal with hair that isn’t shampooed with expensive product, that’s another issue)
